A commYOUnity race in the heart of your community! Join beginners and seasoned racers from around the region for our flagship event! The Dow RunWalk is the largest foot-race in the Greater Midland neighborhood and second in our region.

Back by popular demand - Our Tot Trotters will race to the FINISH line with a half-block + dash (distance varies by age group). Tots will take off in waves* starting at 9:20 AM (5 years), 9:25 AM (4 years) and 9:30 AM (3 years). Cheer on your TOT as they cross the FINISH line to complete their race! Participant award for all. *Times subject to change slightly prior to race day.

The Greater Midland Race Team is proud to partner with H.H. High School students each year to design custom Dow RunWalk and Tot Trot logos that are featured throughout the community for many years to come. This real client-based project allows the students to learn important steps like a client briefing, creating concepts, touring printing facilities, presenting logo concepts, and implementing client feedback. About the Designer: Dioel Rodriguez
Dioel (pronounced DIESEL) Rodriguez: Dioel Rodriguez is a current senior at H.H. Dow High School. He took the class in hopes of furthering his skill in the field of visual art.
Dioel’s goal was to design something fresh and new while still expressing the community aspect of Runwalk. He wanted to create a top viewpoint of the runners.
Dioel is unsure of his future goals but is interested in pursuing a career in graphic design.
About the Designer: Molly Baker
Molly Baker graduated in 2024 from H. H. Dow High School and is in her first year at Grand Valley State University and plans to major in Marketing. Molly wanted her design to focus more on the fun of summer. When she was younger, she loved to play with bubbles in the summer, and thought it would be fun to incorporate bubbles into the race.
